Working closely with our Business and IT colleagues we are looking to establish an highly skilled team to champion, promote and drive through this agenda both locally in Czech Republic and the international business.

Your tasks:
  • manage the delivery of services by external suppliers and ensure that they are documented, processed and delivered according to agreed standards, procedures and schedules
  • ensure the operational business - service level monitoring and escalation management
  • work in an international team with a functional lead on international level
  • contribute to the development of group wide services to cover all business needs
  • plan Services and manage implementation of orders to the external Service Provider
  • communicate effectively with business representatives with a focus on clients in Czech Republic
  • process and coordinate appropriate and timely responses to incident reports, including channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitor resolution activity, and keep clients appraised of progress towards service restoration
  • drive operational excellence, continuous improvement
  • create a working environment to foster and promote innovation/initiatives and drive continuous improvement by using tools such as self-reflection, development of KPIs and techniques to achieve application robustness
Your profile:
  • you are a graduate, preferably in business informatics including related fields or gained comparable knowledge through practical experience
  • you rely on solid experience in the ITC industry or an IT function and in the control of service providers and ideally ITIL certified
  • as a candidate for this role you possess several years of work experience in this area and can rely on practical know-how in cooperating with suppliers
  • furthermore you have reliable knowledge and experience in the area of workplace services
  • your personal qualities include a high level of motivation, a good ability to cope with pressure, mobility and willingness to travel
  • very good command of English
