All with reasonable security point of view and maturity of processes, balanced performance and costs. Joint goal for all team-members is to assure smooth transition of current global and local services from multiple corporate teams and transform these to be independent from group. Further optimization is expected as a natural step after service transition is finished. Continuous improvements will follow. Our digitized HR processes apply electronic signatures and therefore enables paperless HR agendas. Your tasks:
  • You are accountable for service management (complete lifecycle including both operation and development) of all digital HR agendas provided by HR information systems (HRIS), namely: - SAP HR (Core): PA, OM, Payroll, Talent & Performance Management - SAP Employee Portal (ESS/MSS) - SAP Fiori - C4 Attendance - other HR tools: eLearning, Cafeterie, Onboarding
  • Daily operation is delivered by our outsourcing partners, therefore contract and vendor management including financial and performance control is essential part of this job.
  • Assuring stable operation especially during monthly closures with payroll runs.
  • Working closely with HR business stakeholders and key users from HR helpdesk, payroll and HR administration, and with IT colleagues from interfaced applications delivery and infrastructure teams, you reflect on both business and technology needs and oversee their implementation and operation.
  • In cooperation with solution architect for corporate applications and other colleagues, you evaluate HRIS and assess maturity and compliance levels to identify potential improvements leading to better functional, technical and security capabilities.
  • You prepare & maintain HRIS roadmap of changes. You drive changes to reach optimal level of automation and comply with target architecture in projects together with external partners.
  • You cooperate on the yearly HRIS planning process (development budget and operations costs) and manage spending through the year.
  • You properly communicate to assure wider understanding of HRIS service to business, IT colleagues and external partners.
  • As a trusted advisor in your area, you act as go-to-person for colleagues and you actively participate in relevant decision-making bodies.
Your profile:
  • University degree in Information Technology/Computer Sciences is preferred, although essential is your ability to demonstrate expertise gained in projects and during on-the-job training, including certifications.
  • Professional track and references in corresponding area of HRIS services.
  • Familiar with HRIS related best practice, HR digitization trends, methods & tools including electronic signatures and paperless office principles.
  • Knowledge of ITSM at least on ITIL Foundation level and real-life experience with life in IT service organization.
  • Project management and other leadership skills are mostly welcome and will be utilized according to final team set-up and your personal development plans.
  • Proficiency in both Czech and English is expected.
